Enjoy our Reserve Malbec with a cheese board of Manchego, English Aged Cheddar and Spanish Chorizo, followed by barbecue braised or marinated skirt steak. Finish the meal with rich salted dark chocolate.
Vineyard Notes
Our 2019 growing season began with heavy rains that enriched the soil with an abundance of nutrients. Fruit set was on course during the spring, just in time for the brief heat spike in June and remaining summer warm weather. Harvest began in mid-August where only the finest fruit was harvested.
