Our 2022 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc has a scintilling nose of lemon creme with just a touch of fresh sage and tarragon. Crisp and vibrant with depth of mouthfeel coming from barrel ageing. Refined acid leaves you wanting another sip.
This wine was sourced 100% from our estate vineyard and hand-picked on August 17th. We harvested in the middle of the night to retain a cool temperature and fresh acid.

Winemaker Notes
Harvest kicked off with Sauvignon Blanc on August 17th nearly two weeks later than in 2021. The resulting wines are pure and full of aromatic complexity. The longer hang time helped to elevate the structure and mouthfeel of the wines.

Pairs well with oysters, halibut in butter sauce or triple cream cheese with honey and fresh fruit.
